CenterStage Limelight, Ages 13-15 years

CenterStage Limelight, our musical theater intensive workshop, provides a comprehensive survey of musical theater skills and styles. Students will learn the fundamental techniques of acting, singing, and dancing in an intimate, nurturing master class format. Curriculum is individually tailored to the strengths and capabilities of each student. Each session will focus on a different aspect of musical theater performance, including storytelling through song, how to pick up a combination, belt vs. legit vocal technique, improvisation, and monologue prep. We will explore the legacy of musical theater from Broadway's Golden Age through contemporary hits. This workshop gives aspiring stars of tomorrow the tools they need to shine today!
